By Take a moment and inquire about any of it essential question: Where do I think my safety lies? This whole world—everything that we perceive through the five senses—is made on unconscious fear. How do this be? By the ability of our mind. Your brain simply can only just see what it believes, which explains why we have to release false beliefs. Ultimately, the spiritual journey becomes about facing this unconscious fear a course in miracles. This is actually the transformation of the projected world into peace. Whenever we perceive something fearful, we could always allow ourselves to take a moment to pause rather than react. By having a moment to open our minds and invite Holy Spirit into our perception, we invite a miraculous shift in how we see things, and we could begin to let go of habitual reacting and conditioned behaviors. We then begin to open around inspiration. Fears Can Become PossibilitiesWhen there’s fear in your brain it’s the ego actively attacking your peace of mind. This leads to a lot of attack thoughts and doubt. In those moments, it’s crucial that you manage to face the fears and really ask, “What am I afraid of?” When you’re able to see your fears and what’s to their rear, you can really get into the strength of choosing to be with the Spirit and realizing there’s nothing at all that could threaten you. Then your fear inevitably needs to leave.
